My time working in the marketing department has been the most fulfilling and challenging experience of my career.
My primary responsibilities include managing cross-industry collaborations and community promotion, which allowed me to form daily interactions with different brands and partners plan various creative activities to enhance our product's exposure. These collaborations not only broadened our market impact but also allowed me to learn valuable cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills.
In terms of community promotion, we actively engage with players and fans across multiple social platforms, creating a vibrant and interactive online community. Through community activities, we could understand user needs and feedback in real-time, quickly adjust our marketing strategies, and ensure we met market changes and demands.
Additionally, business trips provided me with first-hand exposure to different cultures and markets. Each trip served as a valuable learning opportunity, facilitating face-to-face exchanges with colleagues from other branches, sharing work experiences, and gaining market insights.
