As a Japanese company, Capcom gives me plenty of opportunities to make use of my abilities. Not only do I work closely with Japanese colleagues, but I also frequently communicate with our headquarters in Japan.
The workplace atmosphere is cheerful and positive, and whenever challenges arise, everyone works together to find solutions. There are also many opportunities for language and cultural exchange between Taiwan and Japan.
Since joining Capcom, the frequency with using Japanese has increased dramatically, and I’ve become much more comfortable with Japanese in a professional context.

My First Experience With Licensing Gave Me a New Sense of Achievement

Although I previously worked in the gaming industry, this is my first time working in IP licensing.
Once I became involved, I realized just how many things licensing can encompass! From merchandise collaborations to game crossovers, pop-up events, and themed cafés—every project challenges my communication, coordination, and project management skills.
When a project I handled finally launches, it genuinely feels like watching my own child grow up. And seeing the enthusiastic responses from players and fans reminds me of why I entered the gaming industry in the first place—to share the emotional impact that games can bring.
